The confrere of the four houses of Uganda were punctual for the first quarterly retreat of this 2014.Fr.arasu the Rector of Kamuli was already there in the chapel of Namugongo, welcoming all the forteen confrere of this country. With a brief introduction and a short prayer. Fr.Arasu started the talk on “Don Bosco Mystic and Educator” which was an appropriate topic for the day. As he talked, he strengthened his points with few frames from the power point programme he had prepared for this occasion. He concluded his talk with a moving prayer , he projected on the screen.
There was a bit of interaction with the group which clarified added strength to the ideas from the talk.Fr. Kato , a priest fro the Arch Diocese of Kampala was invited to hear the confessions of the confrere present. At 12.00 pm We had the solemn celebration of the Eucharist to culminate the programme.
A sumptuous lunch followed, after which we sat for a business session. We clarified ,planned ,shared our views on a variety of topics that needed for the running of our houses. The meeting ended with the prayer by Bro.Robert Dias. All the confrere were happy and contended as they left for their various destinations.
