One of the characteristics in a Salesian House is the Brass Band. Don Bosco himself, as a young priest, way back in 1845, in Turin-Italy started the first Salesian Brass Band from then on wards till today. Don Bosco Brass Bands are found in nearly all our Salesian Houses the world over.
Here at Don Bosco CALM we have a holiday programme for new entrants 22boys have applied, and they have regular, systematic practice each day Mondays to Saturdays from 3.00pm to 5.00pm. And the newcomers are most enthusiastic uncle Emmanuel is the Bans-Master.
